Synopsis: Tall Tales, a part of Pulitzer-prize winning play
The Kentucky Cycle, narrates how Jed Rowen finally lost the
land that his ancestors had fought and died over. Jed is now middle
aged with a young daughter, lots of land, very little money, and less
sense. The play deals with coal mining and its affect on the people
of Eastern Kentucky.
